We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.
-
THANK YOU ❗️

I’ve been taking the ingredients sam showed with the addition of gochujang (which I started using the last year and it’s amazing), gochugaru and sugar and vinegar in it and it’s been a hit so far. Just wish I had a source for non dried noodles in my area.

I've thought this on previous videos, but was never sure... Sam mixes up teaspoon and tablespoon. He put a small amount of soy and cornstarch on the beef and said tablespoon, then a lot more soy in the sauce and said teaspoon. A tablespoon is equal to three teaspoons. Pobody's nerfect.

First of all I want to say I love dim sum too... we have an amazing place here but I haven't been in so long so this is going to be a good recipe to do to get my fix! So Thank you for doing this great recipe... I've tried making them before but they always come out soggy so this is a great way to cook them...I will definitely be trying this! Second, I love you guys... and have been watching you so long that you kind of feel like family to me... weird maybe but I lost my mom a few months ago and she lived with me and so when I am feeling alone... I can always put on your videos and feel like I am in good and safe company with some good laughs. My mom and I cooked together a lot throughout the years so now when I don't want to cook alone... you guys are it!! Thank you for everything you do. ❤from Canada

I never comment on videos anymore, and hoped somebody else said this so I wouldn’t have to. Cooking egg noodles half seared (aka cake noodle) with a topping of protein with vegetables (usually minute chicken, but can be beef) is actually American, not Chinese. Specifically from Hawaii where it was invented. I think Hong Kong style is full crispy noodles, but I could be mistaken.
