As to that kid in the "Fortnite Rage Incident", mad respect for him. He had the presence of mind to tell his parents, he felt comfortable telling his parents, he did the right thing at every step there... just bravo. Hope his parents got him some vbucks or took him for ice cream or something, cause I'm proud of him purely through empathizing with his parents, so I'm sure they were.

Honestly reminds me of the story that happened back in 2010s in Florida where a little kid was threatened by a man who was of similar on Call of Duty, but the man actually followed through on the threat and physically beat up the kid. Sad thing is both parties were criticized for the incident. Most sided with the kid obviously but there were some who thought he shouldn't have instigated the guy while others criticized his parents. The situation was just bad no matter how you looked at it.

My whole thing is, with Moth everyone tried jumping on him when in reality it was absolutely both of their faults. She was assaulting him first while he tried to calmly tell her to wait, proceeding to throw objects at him and and mess with him instead of being patient and seeing if he would actually come. I'm very glad that both parties were punished and we have no idea just how toxic both of them were behind the camera. No, I don't think it's ok how he attacked her back, however alot of people will only take such assaults for so long from someone before snapping back.

When Finland lost world championship to Sweden with one goal in very last minutes of the final, my upstairs neighbor threw his tv out in the yard, followed by couple carefully chosen curse words.. Flatscreens were just coming, so it was the old, boxy model too, he had to have to made one serious effort to get it even lifted. It made pretty impressive noise when it hit the ground, just below my balcony. I was disappointed too, but man.. Next day I read from the papers he wasnt even the only one, there were few other ragers with the same idea. Funniest shit ever. Edit: forgot to mention, it was ice hockey. Death Moths situation is clearly one where the abuse was done both ways. I personally feel that both of them seem very childish, with him wanting to stream rather than eat with with family he is some teen being yelled by him mum to come downstairs to eat. And her throwing objects like a toddler trying to get his attention. All around I feel bad for the situation but not much sympathy for the both, the two are at fault.

TLDR: further clarifying "estupro de vulnerável" as explained in the Raulzito part of the video - thought some of you would find it interesting 😊 "Estupro de vulnerável" a.k.a "rape of the vulnerable" does not only include children below the age of 14, but basically anyone that would be considered as not having the capacity to consent to a sexual act. Children under 14 of course fall under this category for being too young to be able to discern and consent. But "vulnerable" in this case also includes, for example, people who are disabled, ill, or in a physical state that could somehow affect their ability to consent or resist. An example of this would be someone who is blackout drunk - technically, in the eyes of the law they would be considered vulnerable (unable to consent) hence if they were raped, the perpretator would be charged with estupro de vulnerável. A famous case that, if in Brazil, would fall under this charge, would be Chris Chan raping his own mother who had dementia (vulnerable due to disability/illness, making her unable to consent or resist). Another example, then stemming from pop culture, would be the Bride in Kill Bill Vol. 1 being raped while comatose. I think our boy wavywebsurf did a great job at explaining how the law applies to Raulzito, so I'm not commenting this to correct him in any way; I just thought other people would find it interesting to learn 😊

@@gracefulannie-grcflannie- The law doesn't apply to itself, just look at the Government, broken and fractured, the Police brutalizing everything with abuse of Power, Judges being dumber than dirt and the Politicians are just Pius silver tongued devils lying about everything. Good Luck getting anything done by 2050, the Red Tape is Real no matter on what subject Rp or just abuse of its people, the "vulnerable" You and I never mind kids they are especially vulnerable to just go with whatever the Government says is okay. Educate your kids on the fuckery of the government and how they can rp you as well when there is a clear "No ERP" rule. All is fair in Love and War after all, it took like decades to change to way Police are trained and it took a GD MFing Pandemic and a curb stomping of a person with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill unknown to them like an everyday joe can tell or knows the difference what a crime, it is the job of the clerk and store employees to tell and know the difference. I don't think there was anything alleged about her throwing shit at Deathmoth on screen, you could see it. Not saying it justified his actions, but she assaulted him first. The fact the kettle story came out later shows she is just as much of a scumbag as him. The only innocents in this and the real victims are their kids. It really was not a surprise she got accused of assault as we saw that she was capable of it. We have to start realising that women are just as capable of assault as men, the only difference is most men don't report it because they get mocked as "weak being beaten up by a little girl". As I say though, none of this excuses his actions, especially considering she was pregnant.

The Deadmoth situation is a prime example of why you need to be careful who your partner is. He might have anger issues or whatever and shouldn't have hit her, but at the same time she shouldn't be throwing stuff at him and going out of her way to provoke him either. That's why you need to be VERY careful who you allow in your life, and doubly so for who you have children with because those two clearly aren't amazing people to start with, and they're multiplied by 10 when they're together, but because of the kids they have to stay together and eventually something like that was bound to happen.

"If not for the live stream, he might have never been caught". That statement paints a picture that she was a complete angel and did nothing wrong. Both of them were being abusive. Experiencing it myself, it drives me out of my gourd when people won't hold females accountable for their domestic violence. As a child having been beaten and abused in ways I can't write here, and the female culprit was never held accountable, I have strong opinions about this. For him, as someone allegedly regularly abusive, im surprised he stayed calm as long as he did without even shouting when potentially dangerous objects are flying toward him intentionally, for nothing more than she was frustrated. Also, if she was the victim on a regular basis, do you think she would feel so brazen as to attack him on camera? Both of these people are culpable, both of them are in the wrong, and neither of them should parent a child.

@@bronzergoth7598 hey! The joke is related to a pre-existing joke with the famous soccer player Neymar. When Neymar cheated on his pregnant wife, he made a public statement saying “I did a mistake, I was childish.” Then there were various different “versions” of this phrase, that at the time, was considered extremely unserious, since Neymar used the word “moleque” that means childish boy/young boy to express the regret on his actions. One of the variations of this meme ish phrase was: “I did a mistake. I was Raulzito” and unfortunately this horrible “””joke””” was being spam commented recently (oct/nov/early dec) on TikTok on videos of CHILDREN. And you can think that.. maybe, the mother or parent filming was purposely making the child look “adult” or was sexualizing them. But no. The videos were nothing other than daily motherhood vlogs, family vlogs, or even PAMPERS DIAPERS COMMERCIALS?!? The problem is: the TikTok algorithm does not understand and can correlate these spam comments with the actual pedophilia glamorization/ criminal humor that was happening, so the only thing the internet could do, is to report the comments as spam (because usually the person comments in various different videos) and the content creators have the option to shut down the comment section. The thing that hits me is… the great majority of people that comment this spam, even copypasta-ish thing, are CHILDREN. That could literally be Raulzito’s victims as well. Anyways, sorry for the weird phrasing or typo, English is not my first language. Hello from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil!

The Deadmoth situation honestly was a case of Everyone Sucks Here. As a small streamer, I get wanting to finish a stream out especially if your mid match. If I say "Hey, I'll be there as soon as this match is done", then that should be it. Her arguing back with it didn't help, but in fairness, I have no idea how many times she may have asked him to come eat and it went ignored that day. However, that does NOT give you a right to throw things at your partner. Him getting up and hitting her was an escalation that should not have happened. Then the further escalation of throwing the computer/destroying property was bad as well. The only true victims in that situation are those kids because they have two parents who has little to no maturity at all.

It's interesting how no matter what you do, the more successful you are, those that cheat their way through life will be jealous at your natural talent. How many of those hackers in the last segment couldn't legitimately compete for millions of dollars because their skills were in hacking/cheating, not gaming? Can't mess with him in the battlefield, they know they'll lose, so they use other methods from a very safe distance.

You know its real silly because there are literally competitions for hacking... Like hackathons.

I'm glad Grace at least got charged, too. It infuriates me when both the guy and girl are abusive to one another and only the guy gets in any trouble.

Deadmoth is not the only one to put the blame on. I am not defending him, but I am tired of the double standards, even when there's a video evidence.

well they both got legal repercussions. they're obviously toxic and abusive to each other, i think the reason the wife's received more sympathy is because she was pregnant. tbh, i hope they both get help and get better because they've most likely traumatized each other and their children

a maximum of 15 yrs for 9 child rape cases, or any rape cases in general is despicable. the justice system does no protect our children as much as they need to be protected. ridiculous

There's only so much one can endure before snapping back. He told her about 100 times, but she continue, then, threw stuff at him, but when he retaliated, she immediately turned on the waterwork. I'm glad both of them are being punished.
