This poor guy (fake marshall) tried to save an elderly couple and their dog, trapped in their car on train tracks. He was able to save the man (the dog was saved by another person), and just as the fake marshall was trying to save the 89 year old woman and get her out, the crossing signs came down and he couldn't save her. She died right in front of his eyes. In video of him directly after the incident, he is a completely different person. He is going through some type of breakdown here after suffering from severe mental health issues because of the train accident. I would never guess this was the same person. It's very sad.

Great update, and it tracks with what he revealed. I don't buy the PTSD excusse for non combat situations most of the time..but it can happen. Regardless his lawyer is earning his money on this one.
