기절 상태에서 머리 제대로 맞으면 무방비 상태 에서 의 그 충격으로 뇌에 큰 이상이 생긴다. 현실에서도 많이 생기지만 이미 넉 잃고 쓰러진 상대 치는 건 치명적인 문제를 발생 시키는 것이다.
