** Satisfactory **
Satisfactory is a factory simulation game created by Swedish video game developer Coffee Stain Studios. It is a 3D first-person open world exploration and factory building game. The player, a pioneer, is dropped onto an alien planet with a handful of tools and must harvest the planet's natural resources to construct increasingly complex factories for automating all resource needs. The initial goal is to build a space elevator and begin supplying the company the player works for (FICSIT Inc.) with increasingly numerous and complex components for their unknown purposes.

Apologies, on certain parts of the video it gets a little dark, after checking my edit. I found out there was duplicates of my color correction. Also Yes the concrete percentages are off and could of easily changed the final output to 40, but when its 4am after a 10+ hour long day stream and 6+ hours of recordings, not everybodys brain is perfect hahaha.. Especially mine, these things happen

When you're planning out your base structure, how do you know how big to make your floorplan? Do you just ballpark it and shrink when you're done? Is it for future expansion? I've been trying to figure out a base layout, but I have no idea how much space I need!

So what I usually do is place the foundation down as a skeleton, build one setup if I'm creating multiple, so I can see the scale, but most of that is already drilled In my head as I've been playing since release.. But also It depends on what item I'm creating aswell, if it's Ingots or Quartz for example you will need some room and I always make sure I have enough room in the same direction all my items are heading on the output side for future expansion.. So like with these engine builds I've just done in this episode I won't build something big Infront of them as I will have to rip it back down to expand.. Hopefully that makes sense but I'll recap this topic in another video. To clear things up as I think mose people might wonder the same thing

Nice video, Here is a tip by the way. You can actually set your machines to work with the exact numbers you want. Let's use the constructors for your concrete for example. You have 120 Limestone coming into 3 constructors, so split evenly you need 40 per min to each one. So to set the constructors to consume exactly 40 per min you just need to do a little bit of math. So you take 100 (for 100%) and divide that by what the machine consumes at 100%, in this case 45. And then multiply your answer by how much you want the machines to consume which will be 40. this gives an answer of 88.888888 reoccurring. So the calculations looks like this. (100 / 45) * 40 = 88.888888..... You can type the answer into the machine clock speed percentage and that will set the machine to use exactly what you want it to. Now the bit I haven't seen people talk about, or maybe even notice, is that you can put in a number that is 10 decimals long (maybe even longer, but I haven't tested) into the clock speed percentage and the game WILL accept it! Only the displayed number will be rounded to the nearest 4 decimals, the machine will be operating at the percentage you typed in despite what it's displaying. Alternatively you can type the maths equation into the clock speed percentage and let the game do the maths for you, but I'm not sure if that is as accurate as putting in the answer yourself. The maths work with output numbers too.

You don't really need to do all this. He wants 40 concrete per min and is using 3 constructors so just type 40/3 on each constructor and that's done.

w8...hang up a tick. 45 limestone for 15. 120 Limestone. 2(45) + .667(45) = 120. 3:1 = 40 Concrete ...Where did the .2 come from?

Easiest solution would of been for me to put 40 in the desired output instead of crating the .2 and changing the percentage

The overclocking is overrated except for Miners. Change my mind!!
@ItsBitz
@ItsBitz 2 жыл бұрын
Trueeeeee, Except with Mk3 Belts.. 1 Pure Node with a Mk2 Miner = 240. overclock themine to give you an additional 30 to give 270.. 270/30 = 9 (30 Being, Ore > Ingots,This creating an odd number to misalign machines) This then allowing me to overclock the 8th as a replacement for the 9th... Simple hahahahaha Then i have a Nice line of 4 on each side, instead of 5 on one side and 4 on the other!
