I am sharing a recipe for making garlic potatoes in the oven. It turns out aromatic, with a crispy crust and incredibly tasty! Add garlic and finely chopped dill for flavor, and breadcrumbs will add a crispy crust. It can be served both as a side dish and as an independent dish.
Ingredients:
2 Lb potatoes (900 gr)
4 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
50 Milliliters Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 head of Garlic
piece of butter
bunch of dill
