Purchase one two day ago and I was blown away with the performance and low noice on low speed, is now a key element on my shop! Totally worth the price! I will probably review it on my channel (maybe)

I got this for work last week. I work in an auto shop. Its awesome. Not super loud, evem on the highest setting, alot of movement. I just leave it plugged in. I just leave it in a corner so i habe some room to walk around and whatnot. I paid more than the 250 but honestly, its worth it.

Battery Question: There a good number of negative reviews on the 12 amp Milwaukee battery. That's my only concern about this fan. I want the longer run time with the more powerful battery but it doesn't sound reliable. Would you comment on this, please?

You know I think ur the man to ask...been subscribed to ur channel forever. I'm a mobile forklift mechanic...I work out of a 2023 promaster...I want this fan however it's so damn big. You think it's worth going through the trouble of storing it vs the old m18 which is much smaller ? I guess I could store it on the passenger seat...lol

If by old M18 fan you mean the 9 or 10 inch model, yes, I think this is worth it. If you need air, this fan will move it. Build a box and store it on the trailer somewhere. Maybe the ceiling? The old one is less then 25 percent of this one IMHO. But it is larger. If you want air movement and can figure it out, do it. You are who this is meant for.

Question, does it drop speed on all 3 settings on battery power or it drops only on max? Might be because the power supply is pushing 20-21volts and battery sits at 18V after a few minutes of use after full charge.

It drops speed on all settings, but it is easiest to hear on video on high. I believe your idea on the power supply is correct.

Are those red dividers in the barrel for aiming the air in a straight direction because some of the barrel fans push the air in a open direction. The small m18 fan is like that it blows a ton of air like a perfect straight direction because of its design

@@WorkshopAddictis there a fan that just focuses the air in a straight line or point? I work in a huge warehouse so i dont care for room circulation. I bought a 1600cfm 10in fan from home depot and i could not feel the air at all even at about 15ft away. Seems that fan was best for a room.

You mean the latest 20'' they released with the rugged wheels? That one is about 6,300 CFM on high. The previous 40v 14" aircannon is 2,000 CFM.

Tough sell when a basic corded fan can be bought for 1/4 the cost. Cordless is nice for short periods in unpowered environments. Not charging the battery while on corded power is a huge miss.

Milwaukee is exausting the m18 battery platform and are depending on the 12ah and high current forge way too heavily. Makita did the dual battery 36v forever ago, and then made the new one battery xgt platform, dewalt made flexvolt, and metabo hpt has multivolt. Flex is 24v so out the gate they have 20% more voltage to play with. Even tti's own ryobi went 36v on their big stuff. If milwaukee is going to stick to m18 they need to make a lot more dual battery tools, thats how makita got away with it for so long. Im suprised they didnt manage a dual voltage battery, there must be a hard limiter in the architecture of the m18 that prevents it from doing voltage swapping like flexvolt or multivolt
