80g walnuts
Baking pan 28x18cm
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C)
For chocolate mousse:
200g chocolate
200g (1 cup) cream 33% fat
9g (3 tsp) gelatin
60ml (4 tbsp) water
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
Let stand in the fridge for 30 minutes
For chocolate layer:
150g chocolate
200g (1 cup) cream 33% fat
9g (3 tsp) gelatin
60ml (4 tbsp) water
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
