Move in. Bring your foreign money. Oh and by the way, start paying taxes on every penny you transfer to Thailand unless you can provide bank statement and foreign tax returns to Thailand justifying why you shouldn’t pay taxes. 😢 Because you already paid them in your home country. LOL.

Seriously. Everyone needs to calm down until they actually implement it. Literally know one, not even the govt, knows how this will realistically be enforced. It was a very sloppy announcement and they still need to figure out all kinds of details.

@@markh7304 Why would anyone let a government into their personal finances and investments unless there is some sort of suspected fraud or legal issue? Its a mater of privacy - I don't share my wife and kid with people either...
