I know the frequency index is very important to know what is a good retarget ad. But should I look at this metric at the campaign or ad set or ads level? Hope you understand my intention! Thank you so much

Hi, I am kind of enlightened after watching what you said. It is simple and helps me understand the context of the ad in the campaign instead of tracking the bullshit numbers. Can you share or show me how to create TOF - MOF - BOF ads.... for CBO to distribute as desired. Because I am having problem now that the ads are built for TOF content but the spend is not as much as MOF and BOF content (Creative style: Review, testimonial). I also watched your short video about the 3 types of creative I need in CBO which are Vertical video, square image and UGC/Review. I followed it and my CBO is spending most on Square Image vs UGC Review and not on prospecting video

For the winners as set, how often are you moving ads over from the DCT as sets?

When the DCT CPA beats your proving ground ads sets CPA, assuming that you have the one campaign set up correctly and using 3-2-2 method with your DCT

Constantly. We’re always testing at least 2 times a month minimum. Identify the losing ad and concept inside your proving ground, create new content to replace it.

If a prospecting ad begins to develop high Frequency & high CPM after a few months - will creating a good mid-bottom level ad restore that prospecting ad to its original position? How/Why does this even work?

So now the next step is to create another broad adset in the same CBO, and begin a retargeting focused DCT in the same campaign? PS- Do we turn off ads - like you have done? Why are those ads currently turned off in your analysis? Thanks

Thank you for your videos I have been binge-watching them the last several days. I think i understand your concept of setting up Facebook ads strategy but I'm lost somewhat in the execution. So, on your sticky note you that (I'm assuming here) ONE campaign includes three adsets, which are the Winners, Dynamic Creative Testing 1, and Dynamic Creative Testing 2 all of which have the 3-2-2 model. I get this. But here is where I am lost. What happens when you get a winner or hero ad/post id from DCT 1 or DCT2? Do you insert the new ad into the Winner Adset and if so how? In the Winner Adset, do you replace the least effective ad with the new one? And if so, how? Do you just replace it without duplicating the ad-set? I know how the logistics of doing this, but I just need to be clear on your method. Thanks so much to anyone who can answer this or maybe even a video on it. I'd listened and listened but haven't come across this yet.

well thought out question. You have structure pretty well down. Look up how to pull a post ID from your DCT’s. ChatGPT it - Yes, you replace the least efficient ad inside of your proving ground (winner area) or replace the same concept that the new post id from DCT. -

You have to be patient wait for the data. I don’t make decisions until at least seven days in sometimes we run them for 14. And all depends on how much data you can get to make a proper decision.

Don’t be frustrated. Run the one campaign set up on CBO > Three assets - 2 DCT using 3-2-2 method. - 1 proving ground/winner as set with all of your DCT post ID winners in it. Boom….now scale
