Facebook CPM directly affects how much you pay per result with your Facebook ads. If you can lower your Facebook ad CPM, your overall costs will come down, assuming your other metrics all remain the same.
While lots of people don't really focus on lowering Facebook CPM's, there are things you can do to lower them. Most of these tactics are fairly quick and easy to implement as well, so there's no reason not to give them a try in your account. Particularly if you're struggling with high CPM's like a lot of people at the moment.

Hello Andrew . I would like to know your opinion on my facebook optimization tactics right now. Usually when i deciding to increase or decrease budget or to turn off underperforming ads . we use a timeframe of 30 days to make that judgment as accurate and efficiency as possible because we believe that some ads is good but just at that time (timeframe under 30days) , our customers may not be ready to buy (Some customer buy stuff first day of month or some customer buy stuff and the end of the month). So I believe that if i make any decisions in a timeframe of less than 30 days , that judgment will not accurate as it should be . I want to know your opinion

What the hell is wrong with Facebook this year?! I craft probably the best ads on earth, I know how to target and work with their platform, and yet the CPMs are sometimes like $180 THE MINUTE IT STARTS! How did Facebook discover that the ad sucks right from the get go, before even 1 impression?!

This is exactly what has been happening to me. Spent hours weeks months working on the business backend for the ads to have $50 to even $200 CPMs the moment they start. Have you found any solutions or explanations?
