After watching Bill Burr on Bill Maher's podcast I was curious and started watching other episodes and noticed that Maher's Podcast Club Random is like a fancier older version of the Flagrant Podcast. And similar to Andrew Schulz, Bill Maher has many episodes with interesting moments. Many wild interruptions, calling out and putting guests through uncomfortable moments and so far none have been able to handle it like Burr did.
Let me know what you think in the comments below and if we should keep covering Bill Maher because there's a lot more there.

Have you ever considered that *you* are the cringe? What kind of take is it that Rainn wanting to be a movie star is like winning the lottery but upset that you didn’t get jackpot?? It’s human nature to want to be better than your current self, I bet every tv star almost ever wanted to be a big movie star. I guess you watching hundreds of hours of podcasts just to spin stories as if you know these people behind the scenes was your big dream, and you never want to be anything more than that. Your takes on these podcasts sometimes is what is cringe. These two are clearly high level entertainers flexing their joke-telling & roasting skills - and you spin it like you know them and they are enemies. Such a high horse you sit on as the guy who got z-tier Internet fame from fabricating other peoples relationships based off a 1-hour interaction meant to be entertainment…..

Respectable take. The entire podcast-sphere is lazy entertainment. It reminds me of the 60's/70's when everyone got their first TV. Every celeb had a garbage variety show. Just watching famous people is no longer entertaining, nor is watching people comment on them.

@@donlightfoot9608 totally agree. My gripe with channels like this one is that they take these peoples’ worst moments and then try to make a living off obsessing over them. Like how many weekly episodes do you need on Bert & Tom…for 2 guys he hates so much he sure can’t stop talking about them. A TMZ for podcasts where you just try to make the public hate people by pretending you know celebrities personally irl, because you watched a podcast episode. 🤦‍♂️

And also, the camera angle to the right side of you seems kind of unnecessary. I know you asked for feedback a few videos ago but in this video the few cuts just didn't seem needed. Sober people need to just learn to say "I don't drink cus I don't like how it makes me feel"... even if that's not the case. I've never touched alcohol once in my life.. but I never say WHY when people ask (had a parent who literally drank themself to death as a child, which I watched happen).. because 99.99% of people are stupid simpletons and will say "Hey maaaan, that was like.. decades ago! Get over it and try some booze, c'mon!" (trying to justify their own pathetic weakness with alcohol).. but if you just say "Nah, doesn't feel good for me"... in my experience, 99% of people leave it at that and don't pester / judge you... but if you tell them it's because of a bad or traumatic experience, they become "dealers" and try to pressure you to try it.
