That's the balance of the donations, part of their (Ice Poseidon's) live streams involves reliance only on viewer donations. It's often tied in to forced all in gambling when viewers donate a particular amount ($100) in one go, so they can promote the online gambling site which essentially funds the platform. The guy in the video, who is actually more mentally unhinged than this video actually shows, is actually extremely wealthy.

A year or so ago I was playing Fortnite, I got into a squad match with this guy and 2 other Randoms, he was streaming at this time.
