the ‘mop dog’ is in fact a breed of dog that legit grows corded fur, which is essentially just having natural locs. They take a shitload of maintenance but that dog looks generally speaking pretty fine in that photo. Corded fur breeds are very obvious when they need to be groomed imo, since the cords start to tangle and the ends of the cords look kinda gnarly.
