I've handled that model before both the 22lr with the fake suppressor that makes the barrel long enough to allow the folding stock and the 9mm pistol which is what the gun in the video is legally classified as. And the 9mm in my experience the magwell is near identical to the original I saw on one I saw at a gunshow that was a transferable. Honestly I don't think there's a reason other than they wanted people that buy the gun be reliant on the manufacturer to buy extra magazines. Because you can still buy surplus mags no issue I find mags alot like at Pennsylvania gunshow's. Especially mp40 and sten mags

@@VintageWarfareunfortunately even tube gun mp40’s are closer to 18-19k today. 10-11k would be a Premay sales sample but you’d need to be a FFL/SOT to buy one ): I’ve got a transferable m50 Reising, a Sten tube gun, and a premay sample mg34 and I’d gladly without hesitation see it all lose 95% of its value to have the Hughes amendment thrown to the ash heap of history.

@@garyslayton8340 closed bolt is much more accurate, and can be more reliable. plus, I don't know if anyone has ever even designed a semi automatic that fires open bolt anyway.

I don’t remotely understand what you are referring to? I’m being serious. This is a close clone to a real one. The real ones are extremely difficult to find and when you do, the price is outrageous. The main reason they are so expensive in the United States, is President Reagan signed into law a clause to not allow the importation/manufacturing of anymore foreign or domestic made full auto firearms for civilian purchases. So any auto firearms on the civilian market have to have been manufactured prior to the ban’s cutoff date. I think it was 84 or 86. Any select fire weapons after that aren’t able to be owned, purchased or manufactured for anything other than military or law enforcement. (I probably have the dates wrong, as well as anything to do with the law except the sales/transfer & manufacturing) but that’s why the ones before the ban dates are outrageously expensive. I’m still confused some on what you were referring to, so if this has nothing to do with what you were talking about, please forgive me. We haven’t had any issues with getting the bolt guns though.
