How to make Kydex knife sheaths. This process is the result of many years of trial and error. Using a T-shirt press, vacuum former, acrylic bender, buffing wheels, and more to streamline the process. This method works great for fold over sheaths and achieves great results. I planned to do this video as a short reel but as you can see it ended up longer hence the vertical video. Hope you guys enjoy And get some usable tips and techniques to up your knife making and sheath game.

I’m sure you’re going to say there’s no possible way you have the time, but your sheaths are so good you need to be making sheaths for other knives as well , So many knife makers completely disregard the absolute necessity of sheath in determining if your blade is useful for every day carry or not. Especially in the world of Bushcraft. Thanks for the video

I couldn't believe all the claims until I saw the aeb+l steel and never jumped so fast to buy such an expensive knife. Ever consider making solid channel handled ballisongs? I want a bm42 so had but they're discontinued and nothing scratches that itch.
