Hi Kathleen🤗 It wasn't until I was filming the doll hospital photo that I realized how much it looked like it was mini. Maybe my brain is making that creative leap long time miniatures have. Lol. I'm happy with my pocket door. I would do it again, maybe less ornate/more plain. It's a good, but functional space saver. I think I'm going to take a break from construction and work on some fun things like my "special" item for the parlour, maybe a screen and bathroom items! Having a blast. Any signs of spring for you? I have some irises ready to bloom. 😍✨

@@thedollcupboard yes, I love taking “construction breaks” to work on the minis and accessories, etc. Probably because they are my favorite things to putter with and make! It rejuvenates me to then go back to “construction” or bigger to-do things for my dollhouse! Spring …yes, almost all of our snow has now melted! Wahoo! We have crocuses starting to come up and at the base of the mountain- about 8 miles down for us - daffodils are blooming! I picked some on our way home from down a few days ago and have them in a vase in our kitchen window! Ahhhhhh! Love them! Our irises probably won’t be up for another 6 weeks or so. I’m painting my latest Triang today and then will start the interiors. I was able to buy some sweet Strombecker pieces from eBay recently, so I’m excited! Happy creating, Dot! Hi Dianne 🤗 When I was a little girl I played by myself often. I would pretend I was talking to an audience of my stuffed animals, demonstrating what I was doing. As an adult when I found YT it seemed like such fun to me. It's just another form of social media and I recommend it if you are thinking about it. I only use my phone and a cheap tripod I bought on amazon (≈ $15). Just saying.if you want to join us on video here 🥰 I appreciate all your love and encouragement. Much better than my toys were. I don't think they were interested in the rocks I was collecting. 😍❤️✨
