One of the best judges to have ever presided over the top court. His humility, integrity and diligence are hallmarks of apex judiciary. What he says is right and there is need to improve things further. People are safe so long as there are independent judiciary and media. Without their independence, all freedoms are only on papers.

IT MAKES ME EXPREMELY HAPPY TO KNOW OUR SC is there to PROTECT ITS CITIZENS ,even the POOREST OF THE POOR who is unable to bear the cost of Lawyers .It so happens one of your present judge come from my school in Nagpur . Justice C. S. Karnan questioned the corruption in Judiciary. But SC punished him. Including Justice Kurian Joseph being a bench not allowed C. S. Karnan to prove his allegations of corruption in judiciary ? . Castiesm is rampant in Supreme Court. Justice Kurian is also a victim of castiesm and religionism in SC.

Judiciary should be independent not dependent says it all . To be what one judiciary should be , being independent of any biased or forced opinion. Let not judiciary or investigative agency be influenced by individual political parties to influence their decisions or justified opinions.

Deepak Mishra was corrupt and taking orders means supreme court's sitting judges can be influenced. This is true for all not just one, they can be influenced and do take sides. Agree.

Because of such bias judges, congressi leadership could succeeded in heavy corruption, delay in verdict on Ram Temple, their own anti Hindus and anti national activities, obtained clean chit inspite of evidence, and easy bail,such.elements acted as Congress stooge and bias towards Hindus and Patriotic organisation.we demand overhauling of bias elements from judicial system.

He gave no specific issue of disagreement with or any wrongdoing of the then CJI Dipak Misra. Neither he gave any specific case for which government was putting "pressure" on Misra. He gave no new information in this interview. We are supposed to believe him on this huge issue only on his words! He is a judge, I wonder would he believe in a case only based on someone's words and without any single proof!

Had Justice Joseph been an upright person he should have commented against the then CJI while both Mr Joseph and Mr.Mishra were holding the office.. Even in unprecedented press conference held by four justice , Mr .Joseph did not say that CJI was remotely controlled..Never thought that a person like Mr Joseph becomes an idiot after retirement..

I am sorry this interview is about Justice K Joseph please ask him something about his judgements too. He is an excellent judge but only because he is willing to openly speak about issues with previous CJ you choosing to ask him questions about it is not good. Please NDTV don't limit his career to only the press conference. Don't Run after only masala politics. Very disapointed.

Ashraf Sorathiya , in my view Justice Kurian is, was a just Justice not an excellent Justice. He was in the bench of Judgement given against C. S. Karnan who raised or questioned corruption in judiciary. Today J Kurian say that any body have right to question corruption in judiciary.

A judge must give his judgement based on all evidences presented in front of him, but this moron just came out with such comment without presenting any evidence , this shows he was unfit as a judge and he has brought shame on judiciary. We all saw what happened after their protest. D Raja meets one of them and that shows these stooges being controlled
