i mean its bc he was hesitant to use memey tactics like holding 3 or 4 tiles in the north, pretty sure he still eventually tried it, but if he had spent the whole time knowing the meta for this mod, theres a decent chance he would have won too. like dankus uploads this now like a couple months after it got popular when he has watched au rim beat the mod already. still an extremely hard mod, and dankus is still an incredible player, only one of those could beat the mod even with all the practice in the world and all the au rim videos in the world. dankus is more willing to do anything to win as well, hes more dedicated and determined to beat the mod. tommy's thing is that he gets super mad when he loses, im sure he still tried to win as hard as he could, but i also think part of the reason he couldnt beat the mod was bc he got angry too easily

there was this time where i was playing as the soviet union and instead of doing micro to slowly incircle the germans, i did the pure human wave with 33 million casualities, but my men were fully equipped and i still had 2 million manpower after the war, it was worth it 👌
