Hey Chris you know anything about Ford Focus rear suspension? A slight clunky noise.

Sounds like your Bushes are worn very common on the Focus or it could be shock absorbers or mounts.

Or possible the drop links. Seen it a few times and they can sound like your cars splitting in half they way they can knock. Having a look at all the suspension joints should show the problem. Just use a large pry bar and give all the bushes and joints a wiggle. There will normally be a few millimetres of movement but anything exessive and that's your culprit or one of them.
