For anyone watching the video, Ventrix is laser cut slits in the actual insulation that open when you move and put pull on the insulation, and close when you dont move. The laser cut holes in under the arms and on the back do not make it a "Ventrix Jacket" but are typically present on jackets utilizing Ventrix insulation. Those are just cuts in the outer fabric that facilitate better air flow in and out of the insulation.

What size are you wearing (and what are your measurements)? Do you feel it is "roomy" compared to other North Face?

HI the size was medium, I am about 5'10" tall, chest 41". The Ventrix is designed as an active garment rather than a fashion wear, so it enables you to move quite freely. It is not baggy but quite comfortable, hope this helps.

What is the rate cold for this jacket. For example. If I'm standing in 10 degrees weather in nyc, would it keep me warm for how long?

The Ventrix is not designed as a static insulation piece, it is meant to be worn when you are active and creating a sweat. It works well in cold weather but not freezing. If you are looking for a jacket to wander around site seeing I do not think this is the jacket for you.
