I love Jeff Bridges, I hated him playing in THE VANISHING circa 1993 when he buried Sandra Bullock alive . Almost ruined him with me , like Bruce Dern killing John Wayne in THE COWBOYS ! This movie looks awesome though because I'm an old man too ! lol

This is a cool show & it's so different seeing Jeff Bridges fight in hand to hand combat. I love When actors transform there acting from comedy to action or horror.

@@timweaver7826 Efficiency and skill do not degrade with those who train and train and train…experience only sharpens those aspects…. We would underestimate old warriors at our own peril. The character is relevant and not unrealistic in the story’s scenario.

The trailer doesn't give a proper representation of the show. It's mostly a lot of talk and some woman totally controlling him after the first 2 episodes. Very sad and very Hollywood. The big bad superbrain is most likely an Afghan child bride.......

It's a show and I totally agree with you about being able to understand his dialogue. By no means am I saying it's his fault or anything bad it's a good thing.

Yes it’s a different story. Some similarities but different and excellent story. If I remember right the Butchers Boy continues with Sleeping Dogs, The Informant and then Eddie’s Boy. I really enjoy all of Perry’s books

This trailer already looks better than the book... which as you must admit, for Thomas Perry, had a lot of flaws and baggage that needed to be cleaned up.

those dogs are bad asses, they saved him twice, when he was driven away by the FBI dude, they kept on running far behind that suv until hr was able to kick the guy and make him crash, oh boy, the FBI guy looked up and there they were, one in front of his face, the other tight by his balls, bad situation for him. UNKLE feat Thom Yorke (of Radiohead, yes) - Rabbit In Your Headlight, with some edits to timing it better with the trailer. Works fantastically with a Bridges movie, indeed, but the original is still the best, and one of the best songs ever written/composed imho.

Two of my favorite films. True Grit and Hell or High Water. He has definitely gotten better with age! The Fabulous Baker Boys was good too, with his "up-tight" (character played) brother Beau.
