Sir, I have mentioned the recommended dietary allowance in the video. Vegetarian foods contain only ALA Omega 3 fatty acids. ALA gets converted to EPA and DHA in the liver, but the conversion is very limited. To get EPA and DHA, either cod liver oil or fish liver oil supplements can be taken under the guidance of a physician.

Ma'am, ALA omega 3 gets converted into EPA and DHA in our body, but in a minimal amount. Vegetarian foods don't have EPA and DLA. Vegetarians can take fish oil supplements to get these, under the prescription of a physician.

Ma'am, in our body some amount of ALA gets converted to EPA and DHA, but it's very minimal. There is no vegetarian source of EPA and DHA, fish oil or cod liver oil supplements are the only options available.

Hi, basically walking is a low impact workout but running and stairs climbing are high impact workouts. If you are new to exercises, walking is best to start with. Once you get accustomed to it and come to a form, you can move on to running. After that you can do alternate walking and running. A high impact workout can be harder on your body, so make sure you are injury free. Regarding stairs climbing, don't do it as an exercise but you can incorporate it, if it is in your regular lifestyle activity. If you want to do stairs climbing as an exercise, kindly check with a physical trainer and then proceed.
