I want to say that she mentioned using Bio Gel during one of her earlier (2020) videos during the COVID lockdown. She stated that she hadn’t been able to get them done because of COVID and that she loves the look and durability. I remember this because I felt the same about her nails.

They do make good brushes! They will last you for years! As a teen and into my early 20’s I used RT , replaced them with morphe as RT gave out, the natural hair makes a huge difference in powder application. Now in my early 30’s I am slowly adding to the morphe with smith one at a time. Every few months I’ll buy ONE smith brush at a time. It feels like a waste to spend more than $30-$40 at a time. Though you only need 1-2 of each , since this time I am keeping the M brushes around. I know the smith brushes will last me the rest of my life as the morphe brushes fail me over time.

the bh cosmetics vegan brushes are my faves! (eyeshadow blender and angled face brush are fluffy and soft and beautiful and CRUELTYFREE) plus i have three of the dual ended sephora collection brushes (also so soft and durable!) and that's basically my entire collection of tools plus an elf sponge. great vid Lan!

Great video💖I’ve been on the mailing list for the Smith 157 for sooo long. I haven’t tried the Smith brushes before, but want that brush👍I have the Bobbi Brown blush brush, the old one is a natural hair brush and the new one I have is synthetic bristled. They are both the same, the old one a little bit more fluffy, but I’ve it used more. I liked the natural hair brushes from BB more.

Loved this video!!! I wash my foundation brush and almost all brushes (just once in a while, not every time, unless they really need it) in antibacterial soap (like Dawn), and to help really help kill germs - before the antibacterial soap, soak just the head of your brushes in one part apple cider vinegar, two parts water, then wash as usual. It should help! Really loved EDM!!! ❤ xx

Thank you so much for re-filming this video. All because the first time there was no sound. I was going to suggest a voice over to save the first film you took. But no you and your hubby to be re-filmed the whole dam thing! You look gorgeous in that orange top and I think the pink lip looks awesome. I love pink and orange together. I love Rephr Brushes. They are probably my number one brand and I have a big collection. I also love the BK Beauty brushes by Lisa J here on KZfaq and I also have Sigma and Sonia G. I have one collection of Sonia G. with the wooden handles. However the brush collection I have now I love so much I think I’m good on brushes for now. 💚💜💚

I love the mac 170 brush! I put it in a cup of water and soap and let it soak and that gets a lot helps clean the bottom of the bristles

i have one of those brush mats and really helps me get my brushes clean! but i notice with the dense brushes it is harder. i let mine soak sometimes first. i use a really gentle cleaner so it doesn’t mess up if i leave them in the soapy water for a while

YES! thanks for doing it over for us. I liked the format of applying while you explained why you liked each one. Have you tried the wayne goss powder or air brushes? I got them because of online comparisons to the suqqu cheek brushes that lisa eldridge uses. I'd be curious to hear a review!
