I love what the OTK does for how I think of what a recipe can be. I have both of the OTK cookbooks and I love every idea, but especially Verena's Potato Slab Pie and Noor's Polenta, Béchamel, and Za'atar Tomato Confit (which is definitely NOT a pizza!) ❤❤❤❤❤
