The blue Heuer has got a very nice dial and I understand why you like it. Personally I would sell the white Heuer and keep the Raymond Weil😋.

Nice watch! I feel for you dude! I guess we watch lovers all have the same problem. I love my 45yr old Timex which I bought from eBey although it usually loses out to my Vostok Amphibia Scuba dude 😳

LOL same here. My 3 Concords...2 Saratogas and my Impresario. So beautiful I can never wear them! My daily-driver is usually an Invicta Pro Diver. Crazy but I get your anziety!

I have Aquis, Aquaracer and this silver/blue Feelancer. If I could have only one watch for rest of my life, it would be this Freelancer.

Hi Anders, I only have a small collection, but confess to the same extremely annoying experience. I was amazed when I realised recently that I was wearing my Casio Duro ($50 cost) more than anything else I own! After all the painstaking research, endless comparisons etc then spending considerable sums on some medium to high-end pieces, the humble Duro gets most wrist-time. Something's very wrong here! But it's all great fun. Thanks for the confession, Anders!

Clive Jagger I wear my Duro almost every day because I work construction and I don't mind if it gets banged up. I have several pretty decent watches that I only wear on the weekends. My girl gives me the stink eye every time I buy another watch and tells me that I'm wasting money because the only one I ever wear is the cheapest watch I own. And she doesn't even know about the $350 I just dropped on a Borealis yet :)

0i also have this isssue with some and they have to go but in this case the freelancer is one I would probabily wear it catches the eye for me without being over the top

Both are gorgeous and well-made, quality watches. I'm saving up for the Freelancer then get an Aquaracer once I get accepted into my nursing program😁

If you did sell the watch. i am sure you regret your decision..... RW is a criminally underrated brand... specially their freelancer series.... If you dont really give a damn about the brand history and heritage.. RW beats Oris, Tag, Longines etc out of the park any given day as far as the quality of the watch is concerned.

Just found your channel and recently subbed, you bring great content! I recently bought the Raymond Weil Freelancer Dive watch with silver dial based off one of your reviews and it’s a great watch! I just wanted to ask is the bezel on yours a navy blue? Mine is like a bluish green which I in fact like and find different, but I was just wondering if my color was different or if the silver dial bezels are all this color?

Hi, glad to hear you enjoy your Freelancer. I think it's a great watch for the money. It's like you describe it a kind of greenish blue. In low light situations it looks dark blue and in the light it's a bit more greenish blue. Best regards, Anders

Watch On Thanks, I thought it was just me, LOL, when I first opened it, it looked Navy Blue then when under my kitchen lights the color changed. I like it gives it an even more unique look. Definitely a good bang for the buck! What do you think of the new Longines Hydroconquest with the ceramic bezel?

Watch On If you do, I certainly will be looking out for your review.... I like it a lot more than the previous models (at least in pictures)... IMO the previous model was a little too busy for me and I feel like upgrading to a ceramic bezel was a must... Not many reviews of it on KZfaq, wasn’t sure if it wears big or small if I decide to try one I’m not sure if I should go 41 or 43 mm... as you know the RW Freelancer is 42.5 and I like that size

I have 2 RW watches, I wore one for around 10 years a Parcifal chronograph that I will never sell and still wear sometimes although it does loose to others. I bought a bi metal Quartz dress watch I bought in the USA for $1000 seen on a pre owned store in the U.K. for £100 now! don't wear that one at all but won't sell because of the memory's. Maybe I'm an idiot but I fortunately don't need the money that badly so not worth selling!

The problem is the dial . Silver dial and on a braclet is just to much steel. Try it on a strap instead

Your right! I startet to interests about this watch. Black diver and blue i have so much, but i believe silver and steel hm, better black dial. I like this RW, the clasp looks great, but no micro adjustment not good. And complete it looks so massiv, so for everyday using maybe to heavy.

the bezel, the sunburst and the second hand are perfect. But the shape of the case is too dull, lugs are too sharp and not integrating with the bracelet, the index is not elegant, and the design of the dial looks cheap... and thats why it loses immediately when it compares side by side with a real luxury (arguably) watch.

The Ebay listing is in the description. $1100. Retail is more than double. The best price on Ebay right now is circa $1900-2000.

Somewhere between $1000 and $1100. If I can't get that I will keep it and try to sell it later or use it for trade towards another watch.

It's got to be the white dial. I have a freelancer in black and will never part with it. Most diver watches should be black or blue.
