Someone will get a nice prize. That V5 is a great watch. I had a V3, but it was clunky and missed a lot of shots. I had an X5, but the battery life was bad, and the touchscreen made the watch hard to use in the rain, and besides, I hated the touch screen most of the time as it made the watch a distraction. I love the V5, and there is has all the advantages of both the X5 and V3, without any of the disadvantages. I expect to use mine until it dies. FWIW, I also just acquired a Ping driver, and I agree that it is forgiving. I'm thinking about getting some more forgiving irons, as well, as I'm still using some blades (Mizuno MP-30). Good to see you back, and I hope that hamstring heals up nicely for you.

Good to see you back! I made a comeback like you. I had no expectations, and had a strategy to play safe. And it didn’t work as I just wasn’t swinging it well😂. It was a stroke event which I haven’t played in for years, but it was fun. Thanks for the tips from your perspective happy golfing.🏌️

I had to take a couple of months off with catastrophic sciatica. Gingerly made my return by swinging very easy and playing conservatively. Ended up breaking par for the first time playing like this for a couple of rounds. Was a huge learning curve for me.
