Hi Mino, I love your content and attitude however as a business model, from my perspective wouldn't you be better off having clients to work directly with and then taking a % of their profits as this way the buyer knows that your incentive aligns with theirs perfectly? I understand your retention is low but I think this will be the case with a lot of subscriptions that are not going above and beyond, for example if your course information is staying the same for the bulk of it, what's stopping someone simply downloading all of the information and then quitting the next month? What is their incentive to stay on the course after they've consumed the majority of the course content? I would be really grateful if you have a chance to respond. Thank you

TY for this feedback! Tbh i have done this model before, but I much more enjoy the work of product building/design than simply being on meetings all day! As for churn, i want to just make the user experience so good and provide so many recurring tools that people stay! As well as building more systems to promote community engagement (accountability challenges, etc) Lmk if you have any questions about joining btw 😉

Thank you Mino for the value on Course building. Your literally doing Gods work. Been watching you for years and I want to start my own community in a couple of months for my audience on Instagram. No one else talks about this type of info online. They just tell you how to make 10k a month building a course but they don’t show you how to make a great course and improve the products.

Mino when you mentioned make the product good. I’ve noticed that if you’re authentic like you crack a joke or what not then this goes better than having a “good product” You could have terrible video quality but if you are funny and straight to the point they actually respect you more Just my take, feel free to correct me ❤
