Paqueta is a special player, but he still makes so many mistakes leading to chances for the opposition. No other west ham player would get away with it. JWP has been one of our most consistent performers. Both went missing when we had that terrible month

Neto is a very good goalkeeper. As a barcelona fan, i can say when neto used to play , i could always trust him with not making a mistake. He may not be as good a shot stopper as pickford but in terms of distribution and playing out from the back, he is better than pickford. Keep in mind Neto has played for Juventus, Valencia and Barcelona.

As a Bournemouth fan he's been the opposite this season. Great shot stopper but absolutely woeful at playing out from the back, and very mistake prone. So far, 4 goals we've conceded have come from Neto mistakes. But as a shot stopper he's great yeah

Radu has played 5 - Neto 10 of the 15 games this season. That’s 66% (2/3rds of the games) for a goalkeeper that’s rare! Keeps usually play 80% of the games in the season (say they play 50 games all competitions keepers one keeper would usually play 38 the rest).

For me, the best thing to do would be to swap out Tarkowski with Lewis Dunk, so you can get Pickford in goal again and then go with a front 3 of Neto, Diaby, and Toney

It's because everyone on the panel could only pick one player from each team, and their final consensus team can only have one player from each team. If that wasn't the case, the team would pretty much just be Villa x Newcastle.
