I’m not a doctor and I’m not offering any medical advice, I’m just letting you know what supplements I take on the regular. Whilst vitamins are generally safe, there are upper limits that shouldn’t be exceeded. If you are taking medications on prescription you should also consult your doctor as the taking of supplements may alter their efficacy.
I have learned that it's very important to read and understand the labels on the vitamins you take. Understand the marketing of the vitamin labels so that you can optimise your healthpsan and potentially save some money.

This is my accountability space for a challenge I’ve set myself to build muscle in time for my 50th birthday, and all the lessons and tips I learn along the way. I’ll be attempting all of this without help from a PT or nutritionalist and without a gym membership. Subscribe to see how I get on.
I’m not a fitness professional and the things I do may not suit everyone. You should always consult a health or fitness professional before embarking on any new regime, especially if you have some pre-existing health conditions.
