Gracious, did I ever need to hear this today. Husband and son are arguing over husband’s spending and I am caught in the middle. Today, I’m smiling at both of them and not opening my mouth to either one. Instead, I will be silently praying, “Father, God, I know you power, please deal with this clash of wills and give us all peace.” And if need be, I WILL say it aloud and with STRENGTH in my voice. I have a problem. My husband of 23 years passed away 3 years ago ( seems impossible that it’s been that long). I have no idea how to live my life as a widow. I’m in a situation because of that. I’ve never been on my own in my life and I jumped into a decision that I don’t know how to make right. I’m confused and often depressed but I feel lost and sometimes afraid and very lonely. I am blessed that we serve a great God Who forgives and Who cares for widows and orphans. God bless you Pastor Lucado.

Jessie, I am a widow also, 10 years ago; I found a book that helped me a lot. The name of the book is”Being a Widow” by Lynn Cain. But most of all I adopted my Heavenly Father as my husband and He has met my every need. Also, I joined a widow’s group; which I enjoy. Please take care and God Bless!🙏🙏🙏

Praise The Lord that I came to his channel. I have known of Reverend Max Lucado for so many years. Even before the Internet. And I read several of his books and I started getting emails from his website a couple of months ago because I signed up to get “morning daily devotions.” but this is the first time that I actually came over here on KZfaq and listen to it. Even though this is my first time it will most definitely not be my last. Praise God thank you Jesus thank you for all that you’ve done for me. How I wish I would’ve really come to you so many years before and not have waited for so many. Please forgive me for doing that I feel so guilty about that.

So sad Praying for you find scriptures to pray over yourself. Fight this with all your might.. We do not serve a Jesus that wants His people to be harassed or oppressed by demons. My heavenly Father wants His children set free! Does this theology work in the real world? Yes! I have seen people who are oppressed SET FREE as demons and their legal rights and strongholds were dealt with… not simply resisted or ignored! Acts 10:38, “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
