However, God is so good, and he works in mysterious ways. I was doing the exercise with you today, with my arms crossed, inhaling, exhaling, etc., thinking about all the Hell I have been put through. And for the first time in a very long time, I allowed the pain that I have become so good at making myself numb to; I allowed it to penetrate my mind, my heart, my body, and my soul. I was so overwhelmed with the pain that I began sobbing for the first time in a long time. I taught myself not to cry when he hurt me anymore because I learned that the crying only fueled him. Today, however, your video resonated with me on a different level. I had been beating myself up for so long for being so stupid, but when you gave the analogy that, “I wouldn’t sit here and beat myself up for not being smart enough to do algebra when I was three years old.” That’s when it finally clicked, and the light bulb went off. Exact .. you cannot talk about it with him because its going to trigger him cutring me when i talk, blaming ehat i say or how or bribging all i did back for again a million tine around. Then he wonder why i blocked my ears or walked away at times. He just talks and talks and never i have been able to put a word in our conversation. I dont understand why he cannot see it. Since narcissists avoid accountability because it put's them in a situation of facing the truth, it would therefore mean that they're self-righteous...What am i getting at? Jesus said for any man to be saved "He must deny himself."...You can't be self-righteous and serve G*d at the same time. Any narcissist who say's that he believes in Christ is a big fat liar. The dilusion is that he believes in his own ego which is himself! Also, if they ever feel the need to confess their sin (vulnerability), they confess it to themselves.
