Mark it was so so cold but I had all the kit I needed so all was good. Yes trying my best to raise awareness plus it's good to meet similar minded outdoors people to exchange views and ideas. Hope your well buddy. Bill

Such an incredibly beautiful area, I can see why people would want to walk and hike there for sure. The hut will surely be a bit of a blessing in the cold. All the best...and all the best of health to you and the dogs...especially Stella! Take care! Bruce and Otis

Oh Bruce it was so so cold, damn forecasters predicted minus two Celsius at worst, some nights it was minus eight. Day temps never got above freezing. So of course I trusted the forecasters. Old age is making me a fool 🙄
