Since I was a teenager, Game Grumps has always helped me feel better when I'm not doing well mentally. I doubt they'll see this, but I'll always be thankful for their videos.

These openings sound more and more like Arin is in a padded room somewhere, and Dan is just the long suffering worker at the mental hospital.

I love it everytime when Dan is like "have you seen this obscure music group's weird album cover that you definitely know nothing about?" and no surprise, Arin is always like "nope."

Fun fact, raccoons typically life for 2-3 years in the wild, but can life up to 20 years in captivity.

I watched game grumps as a kid so much. My sister said it was stupid but she walked by my room one day and heard the “I took a shot but I missed” bit and the rest is history. We say it everytime we see eachother.

I love the way this game uses exactly the same graphics for NPCs being aware of your presence as Hitman

7:14 - I love the idea that these people who starred in The Super Mario Bros. Movie had distinguished careers before that but are now going to be known for their roles in the Mario Movie, i.e. Jack Black as Bower, Chris Pratt as Mario, Sebastian Maniscalco as Foreman Spike (the best character in the movie). Also, I can’t be the only one who thinks that just Seth Rogen’s normal voice coming out of Donkey Kong is just too perfect, right?

I want to be there for when they decide what game to play, I can imagine Arin just skimming the list of games and goin “Wanted Racoon, sounds fucking dumb… it’s perfect”.

I've trapped raccoons before so I could relocate them far away from my cats, and I can confirm that they do helplessly try to dig out of the cage. It makes me feel so bad, but I can't have my cats getting rabies or getting in fights with them.

Raccoons, although they're cute are destructive little turds. The only reason I say this is because my brother and I have had our hummingbird feeder knocked down (they have opposable thumbs, the little imps) and eat whatever they can. Sure, they're adorable, but they tend to tear things apart. We've released 9 into the wild and we have a hypothesis that they're returning (although that seems farfetched). The only way we'll figure this out is by spraypainting them. The next one we catch, I'll let you know how well this experiment goes.

No joke, I know a raccoon named Dave. He was rescued and raised by a buddy of mine when his mom either died or abandoned him(can't remember if I was told) Dave was chill as hell and I got to see him be soft released back into the wild. He was not feeling it and just wanted to climb everyone and eat marshmallows. My buddy, apparently, was 'Mother' and his wife was 'Dad'. Their whole dynamic was a true delight. I hope Dave is doing alright out there...
