Met Melissa at the Olympia last year while at the show getting a drink right before the Open men took stage. She was very gracious with people who recognized her as an athlete and also from the fouad’s bodybuilding podcast. I wouldn’t call her flirty at all, instead I would say she was naturally friendly and appreciative of fans of hers and Iain’s. Easily one of the most genuine athlete’s I met, and that says a lot bc bodybuilders as a whole are relatively receptive as far as pro athletes go.

That was enjoyable to watch. I think much of the information here shows that each of these two are good people and good for each other. I've been married for many years now, I body build as a hobby (but a very serious hobby and I used to compete) and she is totally supportive. I reciprocate that in anything she is in to or needing. We both have big careers (medical and engineering) and go through the same stressors Ian and Melissa described. Communicate, listen, compromise and love the hell out of each other (good sex helps too).
