I think many people do that today. Don't really know why I crave fitness related content before training. I guess it is a deep human thing we want to feel solidarity. Or simply just want to find that one interseting(or funny) thing about the sport before we are about to do the sport so we have a good feeling before we take action

Cody being able to have a full on conversation while running is insane to me
@taysialefaber2 ай бұрын
Apparently if you can’t do that you’re running too hard for long distance 😂 how you get to that point I’ve got no clue
@phillyphan595Ай бұрын
@@taysialefaber its called zone 2 training. zone 2 meaning your heart rate, so the goal is to run at a slow enough pace that your heart rate doesn't spike and you can therefore maintain the pace for much longer. majority of training should be at that pace because it builds a greater endurance base. running too fast on every run means you likely can't maintain for very long, so you cant get as many miles in over the course of a full week of training.
@Atina4evaАй бұрын
But that base level of fitness is just not something everyone has. It's definitely motivational for me (and probably others) to get to that

Cody, I know there is a big chance you won’t see this but, I want to thank you. I friend of mine lost his fight with mental illness and died yesterday (on his birthday, he was very young, only 19) but I don’t think I would’ve gotten the privilege to really know him if it weren’t for you. I met him at work and when we found out that we were both fans of your videos we immediately bonded over it. He was the only person who understood my Cody Ko references and would appreciate them. I don’t think I would’ve had the same joy of getting to know him if it weren’t for you, thank you. And please, check on your friends, tell them they matter, and that you love them.

great vid once again - as a non-american I very much miss when you used to convert the miles and mile pace to km though!! miles mean nothing to my brain!
@thehousecat932 ай бұрын
I’m pretty sure American runners are the only people who can convert distances back and forth, as we measure in both a lot. A completely useless, unnecessary skill we pick up. Similar to how people who have smoked or sold a bunch of weed are pretty good at converting from grams to ounces and back. 10k=6mi. 10min/mi=6min/km. Extrapolate from there as necessary.

me watching the outro at least 10 times because you 2 single handedly make me believe that genuine love still exists out there. like it just makes me happy & lifts my mood just to see how sweet you are to each other. i hope to have a relationship half as loving, genuine & successful as your guys. i haven’t had very many good examples of love & relationships in my live & you guys give me something to want & to look forward to, that’s all lol ik that’s kinda weird but the love you guys show each other really does expand beyond the screen & just your little family because it’s so admirable & comforting to see! you guys give people like me some hope!💞
