This is a channel that allows you to follow my adventures and join me as I travel the Australian outback by 4wd. I'll be taking my 4x4 across the roughest roads and tracks in our country to get to the most spectacular locations it has to offer. I'll be throwing in safe 4wd techniques, recovery tips, cooking demos and equipment and product reviews. I'll be joining not for profit organisations, 4wd clubs and station and farm owners demonstrating their hard work in the outback. My adventures are all about the locations I go to and and will include hiking, snorkelling, kayaking and much more. For me, It's not just about pointing the nose of my 4wd at the toughest tracks I can find but rather tackling what ever I have to to get the the hidden wonders Australia has to offer.

The two wheel drives a quiet capable and have been doing that road for decades. The difference is that the 4x4s are just too expensive to abandon on the side of the road like that and are quickly recovered.

Thanks for a great informative video full of interesting facts and beautiful scenery. I also love the fact that you let us hear the sound of the road, engine etc from the cabin as it gives us the feeling that we are travelling with you.

Mark Stalley thanks mate. I lost all of my video content and had to send my hard drive overseas to get it recovered. It’s back now so I’ll be producing videos again starting this week with my Darwin today Lorella springs episode.

Hi Lincoln, I love your Chanel. I own a 4wd tag along company and I appreciate the details and information in your content. I am excited by the idea that you want to produce KZfaq videos that will be the Australian 4x4 encyclopaedia for travellers to research locations and watch them on KZfaq before they visit. Keep up the great work.

Love this video! I'm planning a desert adventure soon and found this so interesting and very useful! Thanks for the tips like about the dust when overtaking and getting a radio to talk to other drivers. Very great ideas. And I have a 2WD van so thinking of going the long way around now so it doesn't end up in that desert graveyard haha!

I borrowed a mates petrol Prado once, I had to sell a kidney to put fuel in it. I can only imagine the fuel usage of this trip.

Hey Mate. I am driving an LDV D90. It is not 4WD but it has good clearance off the road. I want to tackle the road from Laverton to Yulara. Do you reckon my car can do it, or would you not recommend it?
