Thanks for the video. Good job! I will ask you, though, handling a hat by the pinch is never a good idea, I am told. I notice that you do handle this soft felt hat by the pinch, and the pinch is looking a bit tired and worn. Thoughts?

You need to add that you flip the brim up all the way around prior to setting it down so the brim doesn't get dimpled.

Matt, I have a couple of high end custom cowboy hats from Monticristi hats in Sante Fe. Specifically the models are Low Crown RCA. I’d like to have one of them reshaped into a Fedora. Any advice on the idea and/or recommendations as to who should do the work? Thanks
