Sitting in the Theater and watching the trailer to Star Wars A New Hope in 1977 was strange to say the least, considering how different the Sci Fi was to me as a child, looking at what was never seen before. All these years later, I've witnessed the new generation and how they've come to love what I've always known. Star Wars itself. Bravo new generation, bravo.

I was there at celebration for this reveal. The energy was so intense! We were all so excited thinking that the mistakes of TLJ were going to be behind us and forgotten and that this movie would right all the wrongs and bring the fandom back together and close out the sequel trilogy on a high note…. I was working the official Star Wars book booth and told my supervisor “I’m sorry, you need to cover the register so I can see this.” And I had the exact reaction as the dude in the middle losing his mind. As soon as I heard the Palpatine laugh, everyone around each other (complete strangers) were hugging and spinning each other around. TROS is still in my top 3. This was such a special moment.

40 years star wars has been in my life. Remembering when star wars first came out in 1977 and I was standing in this long line of chaos. It was the most amazing movie at that time and still to this day. People were sitting on the floor and isles crowded watching in amazement. When it ended the whole theater was screaming and yelling in excitement. 😅

I was watching it live at home in Sydney Australia and I had to be quiet because my family was asleep at the time. Man that trailer still gives me chills and then when you see the film I was so filled with anger about how the movie was so rushed and left us so much anger.
