My brain is going in a million directions and cannot wait to experiment! And I have so many decorative papers that would be PERFECT for this!!!

Hi Mike - i just made a batch of momigami papers - 10 i did with liquid starch and 10 i did with hair conditioner - they both came out soft and delicate - some videos show gluing pieces of newspaper to strengthen them - to i made "sandwiches" lol - i glued my momigami to the front and back of a page of newspaper - so now its a beautiful and more flexible momigami page - and i truly love the idea of making enough to create a Journal - oh yes lol - thank you xx

I have not done this before but have made paper suede using brown paper bags and hair conditioner

It's looking great! So, I've started patching up my pages with scraps ... a tad concerned about the kneading bit as I have quite severe arthritis in my hands. Might take me much longer to achieve the fabric feel ... hahahah! Looking forward to 2023 to see how your journal gets filled and wondering what might happen in mine. Only 12 pages - 🙄😬- no discards, then! 😄 Thank you for yet another intriguing idea.
