In 2018 after a break up I started working out. I am 5' 8"" and I used to consume over 8000 calories a day. I would slave away at the gym even running and swimming, aside from my job where I would also lift heavy things, I was going hard all the time (zero juice). I would end every day ensuring that the calories I had not burned off would equal no more than 2000 calories. I gained 61 pounds of muscle in around 5-6 months, going from 120lbs to 181lbs literally changing my genetics forever. it is totally possible to eat that much food and burn it all off... being the Rock also helps.
