This mans name is checkingson sinclair and is sentenced to 50 yrs in prison. He shot his wife after he confronted her over a text message she received from a fomer boyfriend. He was 25 when he killed his wife. Argrettʻs baby was 7 weeks old. Assistant State Attorney Brandon White said, "This wasn’t just a murder, this was an execution." He told investigators he had doubts the child was his, and that the couple argued because he was insecure and jealous, always suspecting women of cheating on him. Sinclair gave police an elaborate story about how his wife got a steak knife from the kitchen and chased him around their apartment before he shot her. Thats the story.

Are you kidding? Are people truly this naive? Go do some research on this case, the court records show he was NOT being honest at all. He was shown to have executed her in cold blood. He shot her in a cold and calculating manner while she begged for him to not kill her. There was no honesty here. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison and rightly so.

I can't believe how many naive people are out there who fell for this murderers good acting abilities. Please read the court records on this case. He was NOT defending himself and she did not attack him. The physical evidence shows he confronted her and coldly executed her while she had her empty hands up and begging him to not kill her. He was a psychological abuser and saw her as his property and treated her like a prisoner. He would go through her phone and emails daily looking for reasons to abuse her. He saw a message on his phone from someone he didn't like and he snapped and coldly executed her while she begged for her life. He then made up his self defense excuse but the court records show it was all his set up. He got sentenced to 50 years in prison as Thankfully the court isn't as naive as some commenters here.
