Is it insane that running 50km + every day has become the norm. Russ is a savage, the mental and physical fortitude to keep going everyday despite 30°+ heat ,crazy humidity, seriously challenging running conditions, diarrahea, food poisoning physical injuries etc etc. This channel ahould be shown to any would be endurance athlete and Netflix needs to make a document about this incredible feat. Russ should have the same exposure and be talked about as guys like David Goggins. This channel deserves to blow up. KEEP STOMPING THOSE 1's AND 2's ❤

That's a big Puff Adder🐍be careful with those. They can strike there own body length. Turn on themselves and strike that length too. They are very beautiful snakes👌BUT very very fast striking snakes, even thou they look slow!! A Bite out there, in the middle of Africa without an anti venom would be touch AND go! Pretty certain that tree is known as Baobab tree, excellent in water storage and also produces baobab fruits which can be grinded with a mortar and pestle to generate a powder. It provides many African communitties with jobs and water security.

Maybe get off the Huel I started using Huel couple of times per day and it made me very ill. I thought I had developed IBS, forgot what it was like to have normal functioning bowels, kept getting ill was, extreme fatigue, getting ulcers in my mouth every so often. It was like my bowels were inflamed and were not absorbing nutrients from the normal food I was eating. As soon as I stopped Huel all these symptoms vanished that had been getting worse for months vanished. That stuff is dangerous.

GO ON! TAKE ALL FOUR CORNERS OF AFRICA! You will be going close to Pointe des Almadies in Cap Vert Peninsula, which is the most western point. When you have been to Tunesia in the north, continue to Ras Hafun in Somalia, which is the most eastern point of the African mainland 😀
