So as corny as this may sound, just remember that you are the hero of your own story while others are their own as well. I know this feeling of yours won't change immediately from one day to another, but it will slowly over time if you keep the right mentality up (it's not impossible). And if you don't think you can do it by yourself, then that's completely fine. Everyone, and I mean everyone needs a helping hand at times, some people can just hide it very well.
