I love the '93 version of The Secret Garden. Both Collin + Mary were emotionally abandoned, yet indulged. They had an air of superiority due to the indulgence by their servants, yet both were empty and just wanted love deep within. But soon, they both learned that their airs wouldn't be put up with if they wanted to make friends. Love how Mary goes in and tells Collin the truth. He needed it. And love how everyone basically tells Mary that she's a big girl + can handle waiting on herself. Both were able to heal with kindness + being in nature. Nature + positive thinking heal!! Love this cover.

If I had to pick only five movies to watch for the rest of my life, The Secret Garden would be #1. So magical.

This is fantastic. I absolutely loved The Secret Garden as a kid. Being a boy, I secretly owned the movie. I used to watch it every Saturday morning and then take long walks in the trails behind my house dreaming I was also in the movie. Such a treasured part of not only my childhood, but really my life.

Played the way it was meant to be played. Most Beautifully. I will play this tomorrow on the first day of Spring in the yard of my mountain home for all of God's creatures to enjoy.
