We all want to be happy in this new year, and as everyone is thinking of ways in which they want to make 2024 the best year of their life I am thinking about HAPPINESS. We all have personal goals, some bigger, some smaller towards self-improvement but at the end of the day we want to be happy. Hearing you talk about everything I try to implement in my life was amazing. I haven’t used any media but KZfaq for a years and I set a screen time limit thanks to your reminder. Thankyou for spreading things that everything needs to hear. It’s not just people our age addicted to our phones, is elders and kids too! I get puzzles from goodwill and take them back when I’m done We miss you in Seattle but you are thriving in New York. ❤

Girlll I needed this video so much, it's so helpful and informative. This morning I was reading "The Bhagavad Gita" (it's a Hindu scripture) and it said, "For those who have conquered the mind, it is their friend. I think i'm going to start treating going on social media and scrolling on my phone as smoking a cigarette/ having a drink. I don't know if going on my phone is as bad as smoking or drinking, it's definitely not good for me in the quantities that I do it and it's definitely taking me further from what I want to be doing and it's an unhealthy habit. So maybe if I tell myself that being on my phone is as bad for my brain as smoking that will label my phone as bad and I will see it as a self destructive behaviour that i do not need
