I have experienced losing a loved one, but this I FELT DEEP WITHIN MY SOUL!! I felt her loss. And her daughter, “the greatest joy I have had is not acting in movies and winning Oscar’s but the greatest joy has been being your mother” stick a fork in me because I. Was. Done!! And I wept again when Monique was reading the letter from her father. Best book I have ever read.
