I havent watched it yet but seeing how you say its almost perfect gives me hope. One thing that would have definitely made it better from what ive seen in trailers is if they stuck to "because you here HOME" as the reason to why they are tormenting them. Unless there is something special about that cabin they are at. Not gonna watch this video now, but ill save it and perhaps come back to it once I've watched the movie.

I’m in the minority also. I quite honestly really enjoyed the movie. That being said, I knew what I was getting into. A retelling of the 08 film with minor tweaks and changes. A lot people calling this “one of the worst movies ever made” are out of their mind and need to see more actual bad films. While yes, this movie has a lot of flaws, there are things that I really liked about it. The cinematography, the edge of your seat suspense, and madelaines pestch’s acting ESPECIALLY during the more final scenes (the tied to the chair scene specifically she did amazing). I’m really looking forward to chapter 2 and 3.

There were so many great moments, it’s not great but it’s not bad! I would watch again. Makes it even more exciting what chapter 2 and 3 have in store for us

@@thelatenightmassacre1826 I think the biggest mistake was announcing this was a trilogy, they should have kept the 2nd film a secret and only reveal it at the end of the movie and do the same with the 3rd film!
