Yes it does work! I gave my body clean healthy food and felt so much better and lost 35 pounds without counting anything and only did yoga once a week! Start each morning with hot tea with lemon.🧘🏻‍♀️

I just got this notification. I finished meditating 10 min ago and was just focussing on all the beliefs around health, weight and body image that I have. @@EveofPyrite it's called havening technique. Marissa did it in this video when she suggested calming ourselves by touching our face and rubbing our hands together. It's incredibly powerful calming and emotional clearing technique, if you search for it on yt you'll find information on it

I have lost 17 pounds over the last 10 months, just by making smarter choices. I didn't want to starve myself, because I like to eat. I also didn't want the weight to come back with a vengence once I am done with the dieting. I want it to be a lifestyle, but we shall see. I need to make choices everyday, sometimes it comes naturally, but sometimes I struggle and eat bad food. But overall I am happy to be able continue and to see positive results. Best of luck to all who try. Better to make it a lifestyle than a sprint dieting that will only cause yoyo effect. Best wishes.

That‘s a false belief. Being thankful and accepting of the body you have now doesn‘t mean that you‘ll stay stuck where you are now. When you start accepting (and with time loving) yourself, you‘ll start taking better care of yourself and your body. You‘ll start to move more, to eat healthier, to think about what you want to consume.... and with these changes, your body will change too.

Question, was your grandmother healthy? My aunt and the women I was raised with were morbidly obese and unhealthy and died so young. I’m no longer obsessed with my weight, but I’m still developing a better relationship with food. I’ve come a long way.

Memo: chew your food thoroughly so u have more digestive enzymes in it. This idea helps me a lot. When people told me just to jew more I always forget it, bit with the idea of the enzymes I do it

I feel like food is the only pleasure I get!! Therefore, if I don't eat exactly what I want, I get no pleasure that day!! Don't gamble or smoke or drink or have sex or love anyone or have any hobbies I might enjoy as much as eating!! So, I can acknowledge the feeling that I get a lot of pleasure from food as much as I want and clearly I'm very aware of it, but that doesn't make it go away!!! Sorry, but I don't think this is for ppl who truly love food above anything else! 🤷‍♀️

I could be a nutritionist, with everything I know about food! 😂I've had a chronic illness for nearly three decades and I've had to study nutrition in great detail in order to keep myself alive and in semi decent health!!! Yet, I still overeat greatly and can't stop eating bad foods completely! Because, as I mentioned before, food is the only pleasure I get and I've never been able to substitute it with anything else!! If it was as simple as 'eat food that's good for u' everyone would be slim!! 😂 But thanks anyways! :)

Such a relevant video for most of us 😭but be careful about chewing gum - just learned today that you are confusing your body whenever you chew gum because chewing gum releases digestive juices in the mouth which signals the stomach that food is coming soon but then you don’t eat anything. This ... I think causes the acid in the stomach to be not utilized and that ends up being a bad thing. Honestly what I learn all the time is pretty much everything invented in the modern world is bad for you (even the ones that seem to look awesome on the surface like our smart phones).

Great advise, thank you for all you do! You have t6o feel it to heal it. Magnesium, walking in nature, journaling and yoga also help =) Also avoiding sugar (which is hidden in sooooo many processed foods and condiments) and avoid anything white-pasta, bread, rice which can trigger a false hunger.

My 9 y/o said she’s FAT on more than one occasion. She is absolutely not fat at all and she’s very tall for her age she’s was in the 98th percentile and Her shoe size is a size 5.5/7 in a woman’s shoe. Maybe she’s getting tall and fat confused? 🤷🏼‍♀️I’m very worried bc she’s beginning to show signs of destructive eating habits. She obsesses if there is enough ice cream cake, cookies, etc left. I can be eating something sweet and she has the same thing on her plate and she will quickly take a bite of mine. It’s like she’s afraid of running out of food. She caused started crying bc husband ate the last chocolate chip muffin. How do i handle this without causing harm. She is and always has been a very picky eater. All carbs no protein except yogurt once in a while. Mac and cheese chic nuggets, pasta, that’s all she eats. And loves junk food and so do i. I feel like a failure bc perhaps I’m not living by example enough. Please help what do i do

I'm sorry, but this does not work for ppl who comfort eat!! I can't get that comfort from anything else! So, if I deprive my body of that tub of ice cream I just feel miserable!! Cos nothing else makes me feel that good!! And I eat a lot of fruit and veggies too, but I do indulge a lot in junk! And as soon as I ban myself from something, I crave it a million times more! I have 0 self control! 🤷‍♀️😂

@@dimif2351 thank u for ur suggestion!👌☺️ I have tried this before, as listen to her vids regularly, however, it hasn't worked yet... I have a deep seeded beliefs etc, so might take a while.. Shame we've all been made redundant, otherwise, I'd just go to a therapist and get help!! But I really appreciate u trying to help! 🤗
