My wing chun teacher said that when you practice striking hard objects you get micro fractures in your bones. You don't have to hit so hard that you cause severe damage. The micro fractures will recalcify making the bone more dense. I'm not an expert. Just what I was told.

The more you hit and the harder the thing is the more dense the bones get and skin thicker like guitar fingers. And the pain also weakens with time. U would see my concrete walls xd and I'm skinny with martial arts background 🔥 imagine me being fit or huge. Damn that would be crazy

I paused and couldn't see any crack marks, that's not to say they aren't special bricks that are easy to break but I don't know why you'd say there are cracks unless you're just trolling.

@@mato2677 regardless of that , hitting those objects like that would show you nothing of relevance either way. And unlike most people often assume, the actual goal isn't to send the target flying etc and Bruce Lee was not doing it properly anyway, he was doing it in his own way. (which will just sling something across the room and for the most part not even be that painful)

@@mato2677 the only real way to tell you are doing it properly is get someone to hold a heavy bag for for(preferably filled with steel BBs like you'd out in a bb gun) and if you can strike the bag and them feel the force of your strike enter their body as if the bag wasn't there you are doing it properly
